Ron Weasley

Ronald Bilius Weasley was born on March 1, 1980 to Arthur and Molly Weasley. Their youngest son, Ron has always felt as though he lived in the shadow of his older brothers. Ron first met Harry Potter on the Hogwarts Express when neither had anyone else to sit with. After that journey, the two became best of friends and Ron was always at Harry's side to help him when needed. Ron is at best an average student, not putting the most effort into his work and often trying to copy Hermione's notes. The Weasley family remains financially strained and are an old, pure-blood wizarding family. Ron's middle name comes from a deceased uncle. An avid quidditch fan, Ron's favorite team is the Chudney Cannons. During his fifth year at Hogwarts, Ron was named prefect, shocking everyone around him. Ron joins the Gryffindor quidditch team as their keeper. His performance isn't great and his self-esteem is low. Matters are made worse when the Slytherins make up a song, declaring Ron as their king since he always lets the quaffle in. The song is changed when Ron gets more confidence and helps to win the match. Ron dates Lavender Brown during their sixth year, the relationship being only a physical one. The relationship later ends after Ron is accidentally poisoned on his birthday. Ron vows to stand by Harry when his friend decides to spend the next year searching for horcruxes. After the death of Professor Dumbledore, Minister of Magic Rufus Scrimgeour informs Harry, Ron and Hermione that each have been left something in Dumbledore's will. Ron is left the Deluminator, which Dumbledore used to put out lights. True to his word, Ron does accompany Harry on his search for horcruxes. Along with Hermione, the three of them are put in several dangerous situations and while apparating to escape Death Eaters, Ron is splinched. His arm injured, Hermione is able to heal him but the scars remain. Tensions grow high and Ron eventually leaves Harry and Hermione. He instantly wishes he hadn't but cannot apparate back to where they are due to the security placed on their camp site by Hermione. Not wanting his family to find out that he left his two best friends, Ron stays with Bill and Fleur. Ron then uses the Deluminator and manages to find Harry and Hermione. Ron finds Harry as he's about to destroy the horcrux in Slytherin's locket and Harry has Ron do it. In the locket, Ron sees Harry and Hermione together, one of his worst nightmares. After the horcrux is destroyed, Harry tells Ron he has nothing to worry about. Ron brings with him news of all of their friends who are still alive and the various activies that the Order of the Phoenix is doing to stand against Voldemort. The three of them continue their journey and head into one final battle at Hogwarts. When the war ends, Ron helps George at Weasley's Wizard Wheezes after the death of Fred. He later becomes an Auror and marries Hermione. They have two children, Rose and Hugo. As a result of his heroic efforts during the second war, Ron's portrait adorns a card inside the Chocolate Frogs.

Hermione Granger

Hermione Jean Granger was born to muggle parents on September 19, 1979. Her parents were dentists and had no idea their daughter was a witch until she received her Hogwarts letter at the age of 11. Hermione read all of her course books before even setting foot on the train to school. At first she remained friendless, being called a bossy know-it-all. That changed on Halloween when after Ron insulted her, she got trapped in the girl's loo when a troll was in the castle. The three became good friends with Hermione pushing Ron and Harry to do their schoolwork and helping Harry when he needed help defeating whatever obstacle fell upon him. The brightest witch of her age, Hermione excels at all of her classes. In her third year, she gets herself a pet cat named Crookshanks. She also takes up the task of helping Hagrid save the hippogriff Buckbeak from execution. In an attempt to take every class she possibly can, Hermione is given a time turner by Professor McGonagall so that she can go back and take classes that occur simultaneously. In her fourth year, Hermione begins S.P.E.W. to help house elves get the wages and rights she feels they are due. As expected, she becomes a prefect during her fifth year. Hermione discovers that Rita Skeeter is an unregistered animagus and traps her in a jar, blackmailing her into helping to write a story about Harry. Hermione also suggests that for proper Defense Against the Dark Arts lessons, Harry teach a select group of students. Hermione, along with Ron, vows to stand by Harry on his search for horcruxes. Before heading out to search for horcruxes with Ron and Harry, Hermione modified her parents' memories so they could stay safe. In his will, Dumbledore left her the original copy of a book of magical faerie tales. Hermione was greatly prepared for the journey ahead with Ron and Harry, bringing with her every supply they'd possibly need. She was devastated when Ron left, but stayed by Harry's side. When visiting Godric's Hollow, Hermione accidentally broke Harry's wand when they fought with Nagini. Ron returned and they were soon apprehended by Fenrir Greyback and a gang of wizards looking for muggle-borns. When it was discovered that Harry Potter was there, they were taken to Malfoy Manor where Hermione was tortured by Bellatrix Lestrange using the cruciatus curse. They managed to escape and planned a break in to Gringotts with Hermione taking polyjuice potion to turn into Bellatrix to get into the Lestrange vault. There they found a horcrux and escaped. They returned to Hogwarts for the final battle. After the war, Hermione began a career at the Ministry of Magic in the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, helping the house elves get what was due to them. She then moved on to the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. She married Ron and had two children with him, Rose and Hugo.
