Description: The Buy More is preparing to open the store on Christmas Eve when a car crashes through the door. The driver takes the entire staff, Chuck included, hostage. Sarah and Casey attempt to rescue Chuck, but become hostages themselves. As Captain Awesome tries to lead the Nerd Herders in an effort to overpower the gunman, Chuck encounters a new danger from Fulcrum.

Reginald VelJohnson, Big Mike's cousin Al, previously played a police officer on the long running sitcom Family Matters as well as in the films Die Hard and Die Hard 2. His character in Die Hard and Die Hard 2 also is named Al Powell and has a fondness for Twinkies.
